PANEM

I drew a map of Panem based on the small descriptions given in the book.  Believe it or not, I drew 4 on the coast, even though it doesn't look like it.  You have to keep in mind that there were lots of disasters, and the coasts moved farther inland, so 4 is actually where I imagine the coast being.  I noticed that on a lot of the google images maps, Twelve was bigger than one and two, and the Capitol was a circle, not a square, and remember in Mockingjay Katniss specifically said, and I quote,"...almost a perfect square..."  So, here is the picture:
