DISTRICT 2

Why does the Capitol baby 2?  The Capitol has its military compound in 2, therefore if 2 were to rebel, the Capitol's military compound would be lost.  So they babied the inhabitants to make sure that they liked the Capitol.  The people were happy, despite their participation in the Games, and, as you know from Mockingjay, were the last to join the rebels because of their closeness with the Capitol.
                               

Clove ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know about anyone else, but I greatly admire Clove, and how well she can throw a knife, as you know from the movie.  She really is a cool tribute, and among my favorite Hunger Games people

Cato...

I can't say I like Cato.  He is a strange character.  I think he has anger management issues.  He doesn't seem like the smartest person, either.  I think that he gets so obsessed with winning, he goes crazy.
